These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HavenMap mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Apps With Love Inc., an Illinois nonprofit corporation ("we," "our," or "us"). By using HavenMap, you agree to these Terms.
HavenMap is a free community resource that helps people find gender-neutral and accessible restrooms. Restroom data comes from the Refuge Restrooms database and from listings submitted by our community. We do not own or operate any of the restrooms listed in the app.
Restroom information in HavenMap may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Businesses close, hours change, and facilities are remodeled. We make no guarantee that any listed restroom is currently open, accessible, safe, or as described.
Always use your own judgment when visiting a location. HavenMap is a community tool to help you find options — it is not a guarantee of safety or availability. We are not liable for any harm, inconvenience, or loss resulting from reliance on information in the app.
You may submit new restroom listings to HavenMap. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, good-faith information and you represent that you have visited or have reliable knowledge of the location. Do not submit:
We reserve the right to remove any submission that violates these standards or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate or inaccurate.
By submitting a listing, you grant Apps With Love Inc. a perpetual, royalty-free license to display and distribute that information within the Service and to share it with the broader restroom-finder community.
Community votes on purchase requirements and restroom quality are user-generated and reflect individual experiences. They do not represent the views of Apps With Love Inc. Vote honestly and in good faith. Attempts to manipulate ratings through artificial voting are prohibited.

The HavenMap name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by Apps With Love Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission. Restroom data sourced from Refuge Restrooms remains subject to their terms and license.
HavenMap uses third-party services including Google Maps, Supabase, Sentry, and Google AdMob. Your use of these services within HavenMap is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of these providers.
HavenMap may display ads served by Google AdMob to help fund the Service. Ad revenue supports our nonprofit mission. You are never required to view or interact with an ad to use HavenMap's core features.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPS WITH LOVE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
